Major Frances C. Tomlinson was born on March 2, 1916 in Monteal, Canada. The daughter of Herbert Henry & May Newburn Tomlinson. Frances died on Saturday, July 14, 2012 in Portland, Oregon at the age of 96 years.

A Celebration of Life service will be held on Sunday, July 22, 2012 at 4:00 pm at the Salvation Army Tabernacle, NE 18th and Sandy Blvd.
