Elizabeth died peacefully at Comfort Living Senior Care in Happy Valley. We are very grateful to Leea Forton and Providence Hospice for the professional and loving care they gave to Zibby.

Although totally blind, Zibby received her Bachelor of Elementary Education degree from Eastern Oregon College. The family moved to Portland and she did graduate work there towards her Masters degree. She was employed as a Home Teacher in the Special Education Department of the Portland Public Schools.

Survivors include her sister, Maryetta Foley; and cousins, Tom and Marjory Foley, Tim, Bill, John and Annette.

The Mass will be offered at 11 a.m., May 22, 2019, at Christ the King Catholic Church, 11709 S.E. Fuller Rd., Milwaukie, OR, preceded by the rosary at 10:30 a.m.

Burial will be in Gethsemani Catholic Cemetery in Happy Valley, Oregon.
