Mary Miller Obituary

Sister Mary Therese Miller (Sr. Marion Gregory), age 86, died August 12, 2014, at the Marie Rose Center at Mary’s Woods in Lake Oswego.

She was a vowed member of the Sisters of the Holy Names for 65 years. Her funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, August 20, 2014, in the Provincial House Chapel.

Sister Therese is survived by her sisters, Mary Georgine and Mary Pauline; nieces and nephews; and the members of her religious community.

Remembrances may be made to the Sisters of the Holy Names Retirement Fund, P.O. Box 411, Marylhurst, OR 97036.

I am so sorry for your loss. Please accept my condolences.
When I am grieving because I’ve lost a loved one, I have found comforting scriptures at jw.org. For example, It’s comforting to know God cares about us during this time of sorrow (1 Pet.5:6-7)
I look forward to seeing Mary during the resurrection (John 5:28,29). She will then again be able to enjoy her family/friends.
I hope these scriptural thoughts bring comfort and hope to the family.
