Agnes Johnson Obituary

Agnes was born in Astoria to Jonetha and Carl Johnson. She spent a wonderful childhood with five siblings on the family farm in Knappa and graduated from Knappa High School in 1936.

Agnes married the love of her life, Dale E. Johnson, on March 8, 1941. Agnes was a dedicated homemaker and loving mother to Dale C. Johnson and Risë Johnson, who survive her.

She is also survived by her brother, Elmer Johnson; three grandchildren, Cynthia Hale, Tara Ross and Mitchell Johnson; and six great-grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 15, 2013, at 1 p.m., at First Immanuel Lutheran Church, Portland.
