I just found out about Dr. Visser’s passing. She was hands down the most attentive physician I have seen, and helped me, greatly, with figuring out some things. There won’t be another like her.
Dr. Visser was my doctor for about 3 years at the Portland VA hospital – starting 2016. She was amazing, and every three months or so when I saw her, I brought her a low carb food package (from items I was developing for my company) that she loved getting and sharing with her fiancé (I’m told).
I was notified that Dr. Visser was no longer working at the VA when a new doctor was assigned to me, and a couple of months later, I learned of her passing. I was so very sad to hear of it, as she was so excited and looking forward to getting married. I will remember her always and of the doctors I’ve had in my life, she will always be the best of them all. I will always miss her quick smile and laugh and will never forget her. She was the best!
