Anton James Walters, 78, died at his home Wednesday, September 4, 2013.
Born in Bismarck, N.D., raised in Portland. Jim graduated from Washington High School in 1954.
Survived by his wife of 56 years, Sharon; sons, Timothy and Sean Martin (Marlies) Walters; daughter, Heidi Brewer (Tom); five grandchildren; one great-grandchild; sisters, Dolores Hedlund and Maryann Harp; and brother, Mike.
Jim was a member of Steamfitters local 290; finishing his career as President of the retirees. He is interred at Mt. Calvary.
