David Castles Obituary

David Paul Castles was born January 27, 1966. David passed away on February 28, 2012 at the age of 46.

He leaves a legacy of courage, cheerfulness, politeness, and happy memories for all who came into contact with him.

Sports were a passion with David. He cheered for his beloved Blazers as well as playing golf and bowling. Traveling, reading, and music were lifelong interests, also.

David is survived by his parents, Davison and Suzanne; brothers, Patrick, Ronald, and Terry; sisters-in-law, Nancy and Sandy; nephew and nieces, James, Laura, Elyse, and Christine.

A memorial service will be held for David on Sunday, March 4, 2012 at 2:30 p.m. at First Presbyterian Church, 1200 S.W. Alder St., Portland.

The family will have a private burial.

In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to Oregon Special Olympics.
