Dona Jean Moore was born May 23, 1921, in Dearborn, Michigan, and died October 29, 2014, at the age of 93.Dona was a secretary for Pure Oil during WWII. Later, she was a secretary for Elmhurst Public Schools and Elmhurst College, both in Elmhurst, Illinois.

She married John Huff Moore, June 27, 1952, in Evanston, Illinois.

Dona is survived by her daughter, Linda (John) Hirschy; son, Herbert (Barb) Moore; granddaughter, Jessica (Shane) Sipp; grandson, John Hirschy; and great-granddaughter, Cosette Sipp.

She was preceded in death by her husband, John Huff Moore.

A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, November 12, 2014, at Hearthstone at Murrayhill, 10880 SW Davies Road, Beaverton, OR 97008.
