Isabella Osmond Obituary

Isabella Osmond was born in Portland to Italian immigrants, Luigi and Rosaria Napoleon.

She grew up in St. Johns, the third of their five children. She attended and graduated from Roosevelt High School.

Isabella married and raised three children. She worked for the City of Portland for nearly 35 years, with the bulk of her career working for the Water Bureau.

Isabella is survived by her daughters, Lisa Perry, Teresa Jackson (Darin,) daughter-in-law Jennifer Bixel, and grandchildren Sarah, Brendan, Paul, Daniel, Olivia, Luke,and Sophie, brother Louis (Jeanette,) and sister Ernestine.
