He is survived by his three children, Wendy Reierson, Becky Hughes and Craig Klein; six grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews; sisters Jane St. Clair, Patty Poffenberger; and brother, Lucien Klein.
Jacks wife, Donna Dee Klein, preceded him in death in 1993.
A memorial service will be held at Riverview Abbey Funeral Home, 0319 SW Taylors Ferry Road, Portland, Oregon, 97219, on Sunday, August 11, 2013, at 2pm.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Raphael House, 4110 SE Hawthorne Blvd., Portland, Oregon, 97214, or Ovarian Cancer Alliance of Oregon and SW Washington, PMB 243, Suite 103, 16420 SE McGilivray, Vancouver, Washington, 98683.

Jack we miss you already. Just knowing you were there was enough. Always with the wisdom and a comment on all subjects, I will especially miss the train talk. Thanks for being there, thanks for sharing, thanks.
We will miss you Jack.
I met Jack a couple years ago and he became one of my best friends. His passion for life and people was amazing. He touched so many lives in a positive way and we will all carry his memory with us.
