December 20, 1932 ~ November 13, 2016 (age 83)
He was an Army veteran and a graduate of New York University where he earned a BS in Economics. In the course of his 33 year banking career, he became a Senior Vice President, at various times leading domestic, corporate and middle market credit functions at the Irving Trust Company, the Bank of New York, and The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi, Ltd.
Ken was a voracious reader and a sports enthusiast with an encyclopedic memory and a special analytical mind. His former associates called him the Stat Man. His passion for tennis earned him numerous singles, doubles, and mixed doubles championships over his 50 years of active playing, including the New York City Public Parks Championship. He also played in the U.S. National Championships, 35 and Over category, at the West Side Tennis Club, Forest Hills, New York. He was a devoted husband and father. His three sons will remember him as a wise and knowledgeable sports coach.
He is survived by his devoted wife of 54 years, Geri; his three sons, Kenneth, Jr., (Jill), Geoffrey (Deirdre), and Douglas (Ellen); and his grandchildren, Matthew, Hannah, Samuel, Delanie, Keira, Aidan and Cole. Family was Kens first priority. He was a man of integrity and
