Abuela’s beautiful, stubborn Basque soul refused to leave us until she hit the hundred year mark. At 30 or at 100, the glimmer of Manuela Merino Crosa’s sweet smile hinted at her deeply caring nature. “Lela” sincerely enjoyed sharing everything she had with everyone, especially family. She will be missed by all of her friends, including her four
grandchildren, Giselle, Nicholas, Paul and Laura and her great grandson Stellan.

A memorial will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m., Monday, December 20th, at the Riverview Abbey Funeral Home, 0319 SW Taylors Ferry Road, Portland OR 97219.
