She was a proud and loving mother of Michael (deceased) and wife, Maggie, Brian and wife, Betsy, Zachary, Peter and wife, Tresa, Jeannie and husband, Mark, and Toni and husband, Brian; grandmother to 28; and great-grandmother to 28.

She was full of zest for life, her family and her Catholic faith. Nora participated in aerobics until the last week of her life and was a lifelong example of bringing health and joy into ones life. She loved spending time with her family and friends with a spirited game of cards over a coffee or a root beer float, a favorite of her grandchildren. Nora was an energetic conversationalist and never passed up an opportunity for a tea party or celebration of any kind. She made strangers feel like family and loved with her whole heart. Her vivacious and loving spirit will be dearly missed by all.

Nora was also a proud graduate of St. Marys Academy, Class of 47. Her family asks that any donations be sent in memoriam to support the ongoing mission of the school.

A funeral Mass will be held at 10 a.m. preceded by a rosary at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday, December 30, 2015, at St. John Fisher Catholic Church.
