I just want to express my condolences to the family. My husband, Ron and I spent many wonderful times with Phil and Lois. I will really miss him.
Just want to express my condolences to the family. Phil will always be remembered with a smile and a chuckle. He embraced my family whole-heartedley.
I loved Phil. I always got in his line at the checkout because he was the fastest checker and had the biggest smile! I also was a classmate of his son, Sam. Like my dad, he was a great family man and certainly left his mark on alot of North Portland residents. He will be missed!
