Robert was born in Aurora, Ill. He worked in maintenance for Union Pacific Railroad.
Robert is survived by his son, Gary; stepdaughter, Patricia Root; and stepson, Dennis Sutter. He was preceded in death by his wife, Betty; wife, Evelyn; and son Ron.
A celebration of life will be from 1pm to 3pm Saturday, March 19, 2011, in the Oregon City Elks Club. Arrangements by Riverview Abbey Funeral Home.
