Tom is survived by his wife Susan Bennett; children, Daniel and Drew; 4 grandchildren; Hailey, Luke, Kalin and Karis.
Memorial Service will be 3:00 p.m. at Village Church, 330 SW Murray Blvd. Beaverton, Oregon, on June 26, 2012.
