Billy passed away the morning of December 25, 2013, at home. He will be sorely missed by many.
Billy is survived by his daughter, Katie; mother; brothers; sisters; aunts; uncles; cousins; many nieces; nephews; and friends.
A service will be at 10 a.m. Friday, January 10, 2014, at St. Barnabas Episcopal Church.
Donations may be made to the church.
