William “Bill” Edwin Takasumi passed away February 21, 2012, in Portland at the age of 57.
He was born January 07, 1955, and raised in Hood River. He worked for several years as a computer programmer/analyst for PGE, DCCA and UBS. Bill retired in Tualatin to be with his family.
